I made a new siggy for me on Pet Talk.  I can NOT get the size right!  I keep telling it to make this 3 inches wide and 2 inches tall, and this is what I get:

The admin has told me it is too big, I can't figure out what to do.  Anyone?

This is how I start the siggy:
Create
Photolayout
16 tiles

I see at the top it says 8.5 by 11, but I don't know what I am supposed to change that too.  And once I start, I don't think that can be changed.

Grrrr.

Oh my Terri!  That is the way they WANT it over on PT!  However do you do that!!!  I mean, I know I'd have to move the pics about but I don't know how to get that shape!

You lost me at 'opened my siggy background'  I have no idea where to do that in photoshop.

Again, thank you.
