I found this at Dollar General this afternoon in the garden department.  Only $4 and looks about like Bullett does right now so I had to get it.  I'll have to keep it in the front flowerbed where he can't lift a leg on it.  Now to get a Bichon welcome mat!

A couple weeks ago I was in there and they had the isle empty and were starting to stock it with this years merchandise.  Glad I remembered to check it out early!  They've never had these before.  K
