Hi Everybody! Newbie from Atlanta

Hi everyone!  I'm so glad that I came across this forum.  I've been lurking for a few weeks now and finally decided to join.  I have a 2 year old bichon named Fiona.  She is unique for sure and awesome and I am pretty much obcessed with her.  We both look forward to mingling and learning a lot here.

My aunt has a bichon names Hollywood and before meeting him I would have classified myself as a cat person.  Hollywood changed all that and I knew I had to have a bichon.  About 3/4 months later I got Fiona!

P.S. - Fiona is also going to be on TV!  We are going to be on an episode of "It's Me Or The Dog" (airs on Animal Planet).  The episode should air on April 3rd but it's subject to change.

Are you referring to the dog that attacks the mail slot?  I've seen that one.

  Fiona and Twinkie.  Fiona is such a cutie.  Glad that you decided to join the group.  I am Andrea and I owned by Noah by 9 month old precious boy.  We live in North Carolina  I saw the bichon episode last week on "It's me or the dog"- was that your precious Fiona?  I love Victoria Stillwell and her training techniques.  What a treat for you and Fiona.  Is Fiona still leaving the mail alone?

I met Victoria yes.  The filming has wrapped.  I pretty much freaked out when she came and I wanted to hug her at the door, but exercised some restraint, lol.  Oh and my name is Jessica.

I'm Del and owned by , she who demands nothing less than my undivided attention , constant belly rubs , fine gourmet meals , amongst other things .   You may have heard read.... we're from Singapore (a long ways away from Atlanta, USA ).

Speaking of whom.... Fiona is adorable!  She still has some apricot on her ears.  I'll be very partial to her seeing how I the name Fiona.  I'm looking forward to seeing you both on Victoria Stilwell's program .  I hope someone posts it on YouTube .  Like MaryEllen & Sandie said, be sure to remind us when the broadcast date draws near.

PS: When you met Victoria, did she mention (or do you know if) she has a Bichon ?  It's one question I've been wanting to find out the answer to for awhile now.

I sought help with Victoria because Fiona was very hyperactive and just generally disobedient.  She's improved a lot since then though.  Actually, I'm afraid the episode will make me look like a terrible owner because you know all of the dogs "problems" are basically the owners fault.  And I can't believe you have a blenheim CKCS!  About a year ago I was so invested in getting one, to the point where I'd found genetic diagrams showing which parents produced which colors in a litter.  It was really ridiculous considering I decided against it in the end.  Anyway, both your dogs are beautiful.   

Oh and EDDEL that picture is a little old.  Fiona's lost most of the buff on her ears, but still has some in her tail and on her back.
