the big day is finally here and I am so excited for you. I am sure that you are pacing and watching the clock and if Denny knew what was happening, I am sure that he would be doing the same. When you have time, please post some pictures and tell us all about your new baby

LOL - it's fun to have you all excited for us! We are still waiting - we are on EST and it's 1:11 PM right now, and she said it would be late in the day, and that she would call when they were on their way. Got to keep us waiting! LOL

He is here and he's ours! They arrived early, just a few minutes after I last posted. He is very friendly, he ran right in and licked me when he first arrived. Then he had to check the whole house out. He is l-o-n-g - and his legs and tail are long too. He is already bigger than Buddy was, but is not full-grown yet. I think he has a lot of poodle in him - what do you think from the pictures? They are pretty sure that he is mostly Bichon. He is cream, with a beige strip down his back, on his snout and in his ears and feet. He really is a good-natured dog - very sweet! But, wow - he can jump! He jumped straight up from the floor onto the back of the couch - now I am a little worried about him jumping our fence outside! Yikes! Pictures! He is doing better now, but he got really upset when they left, and looked so sad for a long time. He is still waiting for them to come back, he looks so tired and keeps closing his eyes - but every noise he thinks they have come back for him. He liked the treats we gave him though, and played with his new toys. He already answers to the name Denny, so I am not so sure about changing it now? I guess I will sit with it a few days and see how I feel.

What a little sweet heart! The poor guy has had a lot up upheaval but I'm sure he will settle in soon enough, just don't go spoiling him to pieces now! I'm so happy for you all, I bet the next few weeks will be fun in your house!

Just a thought, you could call him DANNY, if you like that any better, or Dougy.

He's stunning. That face looks Bichon to me.Maybe his legs seem so long with not much hair? He'll soon settle and realise you belong to him. How is your son doing with him? Alison
