Best wishes to Snowy!  It is not fun, but well worth it in the end.  My Mattie was a drama queen.  She moped around for days.  Sassy snapped right back to being "sassy" and I had to restrict her big time!  Let us know how Snowy is afterward, please.  MaryEllen

Well, Snowy is home now and doing fine. Her surgery finished around noon, and the vet kept her there for the afternoon for observation. My husband (what a softie!) was so eager to pick her up, LOL.
She's really tired, of course, and sleeping a lot.

Thanks for all your well wishes, everyone! thumbup

Wow!!! Did the medication make her tummy upset??? Today she left us a little surprise on the floor  poop. Twice!!! Good thing there was an opening out of her onesie, otherwise I would have been left with an even bigger mess. It was way softer than her usual stuff. Luckily it was on hardwood and not on the rug that was a few centimetres away. Usually she rings the bell at the back door, but today she just went without any warning.   confused

I hope this is just a little set-back. Has anyone else been through this with their fluffs?

So glad that Snowy has come thro' her op well.  I would say that this is just a little accident mum - you know what anaesthetics can do to a delicate tummy. ashamed
