thats what the doctor told us too. well if they dont pay for this i will cancel! i pay for 2 dogs, almost 100.00 a month. i am worried though, we have submitted a few other things with Gino(alergies) and they wouldnt even pay so we'll see

Abby's insurance covered her knee surgery as they cover congenital things.I'm with Virgin and they cover £6000 per ailment with no time limit.They don't cover anything preventitive like vaccs,spaying or dental work.
I hope they get it sorted soon for you.Abby's took weeks to approve it and even longer to pay out and its so stressful.Alison

good news!!!! checks were in the mail today and we got paid 90% like advertised! THANK GOD! they covered intital x-rays from my vet, initial apointment with the surgeon and everything to do with the surgery itself! thank you trupanion!
